This 9mm diameter 445nm AR coated glass lens assembly fits standard 12mm O.D. diode modules. This fully-threaded lens is coated specifically for the 445nm wavelength and will provide a slight increase in laser light output over other lenses that are coated for a wavelength range of 405-445nm.

Improvement over uncoated acrylic - The Lightning Stalker - Thursday, June 12, 2014
This lens has a nice brass barrel that won't melt with 1W diodes as the plastic ones will. It will also give you a better divergence than a single elemnt lens. For burning, use the coated acrylic or glass single element such as the G series.
